Processing and retention notice

Uploaded items may be processed by automated safety and security systems, including PhotoDNA where applicable. Future automated third-party safety checks may also be used when added to the upload process. Account closure is not full deletion where legal, IP, billing, tax, safety, security, audit, or contractual records must be retained.

These IP Licensing Terms are the current published licensing terms for uploaded IP, item development, fulfilment, and related commercial use. The owner can replace this text from /owner/legal/terms/ when the final legal copy is ready.
